All makers and vintage vendors who are interested in applying for the September 28 Pop Up Ave must apply via this form by Monday, June 24. If your application is accepted, we will send you an email invite by July 1.

If you do not receive an invite but feel that your products would be a great fit for Pop Up Ave (and have met all of our requirements listed on the Apply to Vend page), please do not be discouraged. It is likely that we simply received an abundance of applications for your product category this time around and we hope you will apply again in the future!

I am the business owner and will attend and operate my own booth at the event. *
The majority of the products I'll bring to Pop Up Ave will be priced at less than $75, with none over $200. *
I understand that if I submit my application, vendor agreement or PayPal payment late (for any reason) I will not be allowed to attend Pop Up Ave and the space that has been offered to me will be offered to a vendor on the waitlist. *
I understand that the vendor fee is non-refundable in any amount unless the event organizers have been forced to cancel for reasons beyond their control. *
I understand that the location of my booth will be assigned by the event organizers, who will do so with care and consideration of the type of products I sell and how they relate to the products of the vendors next to and directly across from me, the distance I live from State College (for optimal traffic flow during setup), the general appearance of my booth and displays, and/or the best placement of my booth for pedestrian traffic during the event. *
I promise to bring FOUR tent weights weighing at least 40 lbs. EACH to Pop Up Ave. If I do not, I accept that I will not be able to attend the event and my vendor fee will not be refunded. *
